Hey guys! In this video I'm sharing with you a few of our favourite recipes to hopefully give you some inspiration! These meal ideas are also baby-friendly and loved by everyone in our family!

Spinach Rolls:

-14 lasagna noodles
-500g carton of cottage cheese, drained
-1/2 cup parmesan cheese
-2 cups mozza cheese
-2 eggs, slightly beaten
-300g pkg frozen spinach, thawed and drained
-salt and pepper to taste
-750ml jar pasta sauce

Cook lasagna noodles until just barely tender. Combine all 3 cheeses, eggs, spinach, and salt & pepper. Spread cheese mixture over each lasagna strip and roll. Spread 1/3 of the tomato sauce over the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish. Arrange rolls on top and cover with remaining tomato sauce. Bake covered at 350 F for 25 minutes.

Beet Borsht

-8 cups beef broth
-2 cups shredded, raw beets
-1/2 cup carrots, chopped
-1 cup sour kraut
-1/2 cup diced potatoes
-1/2 cup frozen peas
-1 can tomato soup
-1 onion, chopped
-1 bay leaf
-2 sprigs fresh dill
-1 tsp salt

Add all ingredients except for the peas into a large pot. Boil for 1 1/2 hours. Add peas and boil for 30 more minutes.
