1. Chicken Pad Thai
Serves 4

Ingredients:
- 2 TBSP sesame oil
- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 TBSP soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Pad Thai Sauce
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2-2.5 cups water
- 1 pkg thick rice noodles
- 1 cup carrot matchsticks
- 1 sweet bell pepper
- 4 green onions
- 1/3 cup chopped peanuts

2. Easy Macaroni & Cheese
Serves 4

Ingredients:
- 1 pound macaroni
- 2 TBSP butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 cups water
- 1 TBSP mustard
- 1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 3-4 cups shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp paprika
- 5 oz. evaporated milk
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- bacon bits (optional)

3. Beef & Broccoli on Coconut Rice
Serves 6

Ingredients:
- 1 TBSP sesame oil
- 2-3 pounds stew beef
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 TBSP minced ginger
- 2 TBSP cornstarch
- 2 cups rice
- 1 can light coconut milk
- 1-2 cups water
- 2 heads of broccoli
- green onion & sesame seeds (optional)
